PLEASE Check the following list to see when and where I am.

People are always asking me, "Do you get these yourself?", The answer is, "Yes, and, no." And, "When are (ever) you at home?"- sometimes, but not enough.; "How many shows a year do you do?"- 25 or so; "Where is your next show?"; "When are you leaving/coming back?; "Do you stop at stores or have private shows?">Only by invitation or appointment<. So, to answer these questions, ((and keep from forgetting)- my planner), I have devoted a webpage to my UPCOMING SHOWS. I do my best to keep the information current and account for every weekend, whether I am home or not. Make sure the dates are current for 'this' year, as the list is current and I update it when I can :) The most asked question is, "Do you get these yourself?" The detailed answer is,"Yes, of course, I do. They are NOT shipped to me, sight unseen, in barrels with sawdust from the cut-down rainforests. I pick each one. And after 12 years of digging by hand, I have found that it is much easier to buy them than to dig them, and then clean them. Especially, with such a heavy show schedule. Cleaning and processing keeps me pretty busy. But, I dig when I can." When you see me with material that "I" dug, you can be sure that it was treated with care and respect thru the whole process, and there is a good chance that YOU will be the first person to touch it besides me, especially, at the beginning of a new series of shows. When I buy, I choose all of my specimens personally, and I handle them as little as possible and with reverence, respect and great care so that you get them as perfect as Our Mother Earth let them come to us. So you can rest assured that the crystals you see at my table at the show are well cared for, and treated with love. Thanks for looking. **MY CURRENT SHOW SCHEDULE**- Early-2012 into early-2013

Happy New Year 2012!! I prayed for a wonderful Quartzsite last year, and got it! I thank GOD and give thanks to everyone who made it a success and ask GOD for another prosperous year clean and sober!

December 22, 2012 to January, 2, 2013- Quartzsite, AZ- Desert Gardens, Dealer Space F - 18, PO Box 2818, Quartzsite, AZ 85346-2818. (I arrived, a couple days before Christmas to go shopping, rockhounding and hot-springing, if I have everything ready, but only opening up on the 1st, as per contract). After careful consideration, this year, I have set up the booth differently, so as to allow more of the abundant Arizona sunshine to make the crystals sparkle for you more than ever! And I am sure you will like the new configuration! Less cover, more SUN!! It looks AWESOME! This year I will have time to set up the initial part of my booth in Quartzsite prior to moving to Mesa on Jan 4th for a weekend to do the show there. While I am in Mesa, my Quartzsite booth will be closed. I will re-open on the 8th, and expand my booth into the FULL Quartzsite set-up.

***Please note*** that my Quartzsite booth will be temporarily CLOSED for 5 days (Jan 2nd to Jan 8th)while I participate in the Mesa, AZ show (Phoenix). Thanks.

January 7-8, 2013, I will be shopping in the Phoenix Metro area for supplies for me and my friends, and then I will need a day or so, to get my booth set up for the rest of the show in Quartzsite.

January 11 - February 27, 2012 - Quartzsite, AZ, DESERT GARDENS SPACE #F-18; My FULL booth will be set up followong the Mesa show! Bring a trailer. Make room. Get here early for the good stuff. I brought more than ever last year! And SOLD OUT of everything that was on the tables- twice! There was a nice selection of large specimens and larger points. This Year- I HAVE EVEN MORE!!! March 1 - 7, 2012 - FREE TIME! After Quartzsite, a welcome period of rest and relaxZation. I will be camping at Stoddard Wells or thereabouts until the show starts, enjoying the peace and quiet while it lasts! May head up to SAC/SFO

March 8 - 11, 2012- Victorville (Stoddard Wells), CA - 35th Annual Tailgate. An amazing rockhounding and tailgate show in the middle of nowhere in the desert in CALIFORNIA! A must-do thing!! Especially for an ex-Pittsburgher(but loyal STEELERS fan) like me) I will be set-up somewhere near the 'Y', where the Club's excellent food booth is, near some of my dealer friends. This year, I am planning on having solar energy for the computer! Bring food, water, a wagon and a chair. The weather is variable, so bring an umbrella, windbreaker, shorts, and a heavy coat, as you may use them all in one day!!!

March 16, 17 & 18, 2012 Albuquerque, NM, Treasures of the Earth, sponsored by the Albuquerque Gem and Mineral Club's 40th Annual Show. NEW LOACTION(same address but much better building) - New Mexico State Fairgrounds in the CAC Building. Fri, Sat - 10 - 6, Sun - 10 - 5. My booth is in the back near the door, so you can load out big specimens easily, if you are new to the program! I also put many specimens in the silent auction! March 20, 2012 to April 13, 2012, I will be home from my winter Southwest (snowbird) trip and will be cleaning an entirely new batch of crystals for my upcoming Northwest group (CA, OR & NV) of shows. July 6 - 8, 2012 Durango, CO, Four Corners Gem and Mineral Club, Annual Show @ the La Plata County Fairgrounds, 2500 Main Ave; Fri:11am to 6pm, Sat 10 am to 6pm, Sun: 10 am to 5pm, and, since I am an outside dealer, I can open a few minutes earlier, and stay open a few minutes later! And it also makes my booth a 'crystal drive thru'. Just back up and we load the big ones in, and go. How easy is THAT? July 14 and 15, 2012, Tulsa, OK, Tulsa Rock and Mineral Society; Central Park Hall Bldg at EXPO Square, Tulsa State Fairgrounds. Saturday 9am - 6pm, Sunday 10am - 5pm. This is a very clean building with GREAT AIR CONDITIONING!! One of the best buildings I have ever been in for a show. I will be featuring some rather large specimens, so bring a truck! I am also able to bring extra large 'special orders', since this show is relatively close to home for me, and a forklift is available at the fairgrounds for a small fee. I will be home Labor Day weekend, as usual, getting ready for shows. It is blisteringly hot here in Arkansas then. and I will be unavailable to take anyone digging. My crystal yard will open by appointment, though.

September 7 - 9, 2012 - Greenfield, IN, 500 Earth Sciences Club, Greater Indianapolis Gem, Mineral and Fossil Show, Hancock County 4-H Fairgrounds, I will be set-up outside under the Pavillion on the East side, in my usual spot. September 15 & 16, 2012 - confirmed! Morgantown, WV - 20th Annual Cheat Lake Gem and Mineral Show. West Virginia Geological and Economic Survey Research Center at Mont Chateau Mont Chateau Road, Cheat Lake- Exit 10 off Interstate 68, east of Morgantown, West Virginia. My spot is outside on the patio - close to the parking lot. So that makes loading up the BIG ones pretty easy. Free parking and admission. This year I will have a full-sized booth and I am now by the door where you can drive up to load in the BIG ones! WOW! Is that nice! Oh, my! That means twice as many crystals! October 11 thru 14, 2012 Mount Ida, ARK, 28th Annual Quartz, Quiltz and Craftz Show and 26th Annual World Championship Quartz Crystal Digging Contest @ the Montgomery County Fairgrounds, I'll be outside, in my usual spot, straight out the back door. Come BIG or don't come at all, they say. So I will. BRING YOUR TRAILER THIS TIME!!! Shipping costs way too much, however, I now have access to, literally, hundreds of large and CHEAP landscaping rocks with crystals on them, right here in the Mount Ida area. WE have a BIG loader.
